How it works

  1. Choose a car and your dates

    Pick it up free at our home base, about 10 minutes from MSP, at another of our pickup spots, or have it delivered. You see the full total before you pay.

  2. Verify your license and pay

    Sign in, verify your driver's license online and pay by card. It takes a few minutes. Every driver must be 25 or older.

  3. Get your pickup details

    About a day before your trip we place a $1,500 hold on your card, then send pickup instructions and your lockbox code.

  4. Drive, then bring it back

    No counter and no line. Once the car is back and we've inspected it, we release the hold, no later than 48 hours after return.

What you'll pay

The price you see is the price you pay. Here's everything that goes into it.

Tax included
Every total we show, on a car's page and at checkout, includes sales tax and Minnesota's rental tax. There's no booking fee.
Pickup and delivery
Free at our home base. $100 at the airport and our other pickup spots, or $120 to deliver within 10 miles of our home base.
Longer trips cost less
Discounts apply on their own: 5% off from 3 days, 10% from a week, 15% from two weeks and 20% from three weeks. From 30 days, another 5% comes off on top, about 24% in all.
Priced day by day
Weekends and busy dates can cost more, and quiet ones less. A car's page lists each day's price before you book.
Starting soon
Trips can start as soon as 3 hours from now, any day from 10 AM to 11 PM. A trip that starts today adds 5% to its daily rates.
Deposit
A $1,500 hold on your card, placed about a day before pickup. It's a hold, not a charge, released once we've inspected the car and no later than 48 hours after return.
